process to address a variety of projects. It can be used by groups or modified
for individual assignments. It makes a great template for use in
developing career pathways.
Clearly state our goal. What is our current situation? Where do we want to be? How do we get there? Who needs to be involved? What resources do we need? What is our timeline? How should we organize ourselves? How will we know when we've reached our goal? |
