We surveyed about 30 males and about 30 females ranging from grades 9 through 12.

We made two different survey's.  One was for males and one was for females.   We compared the number of students who had taken drugs illegally so far in their lives versus the number of students who haven't.  Using the data results we were able to see clearly the difference between male drug use and female drug use.
